Customer-supplied garments are printed at the customer’s risk, as replacement stock is not available from Teelace if the garment reacts unexpectedly during production.

Always follow the garment’s care label. Many printed garments are best washed inside out at approximately 30°C, using a gentle cycle without bleach. Avoid direct ironing over the print and use low heat or air drying where possible.

Yes, to some degree. Layer lines, seams and small surface variations are normal characteristics of additive manufacturing. Print settings and finishing can improve the appearance, but a 3D print is not identical to an injection-moulded product.

This payment policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights under Belgian or European law.

Quotations are normally valid for 30 calendar days. After that period, material prices, supplier costs, availability and scheduling may need to be reviewed.

Shipping is calculated individually according to parcel size, weight, destination, courier charges and any requested insurance or tracking service.

Yes, when practical. International shipping carries an additional cost. Customs charges, import taxes and other destination fees may also apply and are normally the customer’s responsibility.

Inspect the order promptly and contact Teelace as soon as possible. Include the order information, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the product, parcel and packaging so the issue can be assessed properly.

Personalised and made-to-order products generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind. However, mandatory rights remain in place when a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the approved order.
